Real Estate Salesman's Licensing Course

The Salesman's Licensing Course consists of real estate principles and practices, and Florida Real Estate License Law.  This course covers all the subject matter prescribed by the Florida Real Estate Commission as a prerequisite to making application to take the State Examination for SALESMAN.  Upon successful completion of the course and the passing of the State Examination, you can become a licensed real estate salesman and enjoy the following benefits

INSTRUCTOR FOR THE COURSE

A student's performance in the course and on the State Examination is significantly influenced by the quality of the instruction.  To insure the highest standards of instruction the instructor is a former "Florida Teacher of the Year" and an experienced real estate broker.  All of our instructors hold a doctor's degree plus twenty or more years experience.

TUITION AND PAYMENT PLAN

The tuition for the Salesman's Licensing Course is only $300.  This amount includes all the necessary books and materials for the course.  

The student may take the course, or any part of the instruction, over again at NO additional charge, when necessary or desired.

The tuition may be paid by Check, , or .  Advance registration and an initial payment of $150 are required to reserve a seat.  The balance of the tuition can be arranged through a personal payment plan.

JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE

The North Florida Real Estate College is an independent school that is devoted EXCLUSIVELY to real estate education.  The school does NOT recruit from the classroom for a particular firm.  Therefore, students may feel free to seek employment with ANY firm.  The North Florida Real Estate College cooperates with ALL real estate firms in the placement of students.  Career counseling and job placement assistance are provided upon request.
